Go GREEN - Easy Natural Solutions

By now you know that Chaé has launched an extended line of ToxicFree® household products. Everything from glass cleaners to all-purpose citrus cleaners is now available. But there’re a lot of natural, all-green cleaning aids right in most kitchens. The 2008 study from the Soap and Detergent Association (SDA) reported that 77% of Americans do spring cleaning, so make plans now to take advantage of GREEN products to reduce your carbon footprint.

Lemons make great natural cleanersuse the face of a freshly cut lemon instead of a scrub brush on kitchen sinks and counters. It’s loaded with natural grease-cutting acids and it smells GREAT!

Mist the sinks and counters with the Chaé Sanitizer after you scrub with lemon for a clean, clean result.

With salt, borax and/or baking soda as an abrasive, the lemon can work wonders – but DON’T use it on marble, granite or other stone surfaces. The acid can damage certain surfaces. Use the Chaé All Purpose Citrus Cleaner or the Chaé Glass Cleaner instead to clean and polish your marble, granite or stone surfaces.

Add ice cubes as you run the garbage disposal. It will clean the blades and freshen the disposal. Run the garbage disposal with lemon peels inside it for a nice smell – keeps it clean as well. Use Chaé Lemon Dish Soap to scour pots, pans – even your best crystal. Won’t strip oils from your skin. Washes away tough stains and dried food easily and quickly.

Don’t have Chaé OxyOdor™ Clear to clear away bad odors? Wring a towel in white vinegar and swing it overhead in the room to eliminate bad odors.

Bad odors or grime along the refrigerator door? It might be mildew. Rub vinegar on the seals to prevent mildew – it works!

Wipe down your bathrooms with Chaé Bath and Tile Cleaner – without worrying about toxins or poisons that can harm you or the family. Strong, flexible cleaner works on tiles, granite, stone surfaces, laminate and china fixtures.

Clean in the morning when you’re fresh instead of the evening when light is poor and you are tired. Start by misting Chaé Sanitizer or Chaé OxyOdor Clear in the air to eliminate odors AND give you a refreshing boost of Oxyene™ – (stabilized oxygen). You’ll feel refreshed and wide awake for your task.

Cover hard to reach shelves with thick, shelf liner. No adhesive, so you can remove to easily wipe, shake or wash. Remember to just spray down with Chaé All-Purpose Cleaner and wipe with a soft cloth. Easy, fast and safe for the whole family – even your pets.

Freshen your windows with Chaé Glass Cleaner for a sparkling, bright shine. If you can’t reach the outside windows to clean them, try pouring the Chaé Glass Cleaner into a container with a nozzle for your garden hose.

Vacuuming a challenge? Get a bagless vacuum you can see thru to tell when it’s time to empty it. Remember, you need to vacuum across the floor four times to remove the dirt and dust. If you only do once over, you’ll leave dirt in the thick pile of carpet.

Scrub crayon marks off the wall with toothpaste on a sponge – NOT the gel type. Rub over the marks and wipe clean with a wet cloth.

If you need to shake a large, area rug, hang it over a clothesline and beat it with an old tennis racket to get rid of the dirt.

Try the all-new Wild Ginger Hand Wash to baby your hands after your cleaning chores are over. Follow with a squirt of Body Lotion – Vanilla Cream to moisten and soften your hands. Try one of the rich, luxurious body butters for hands which are chapped or extremely dry – just a tiny amount massaged into your hands will leave them soft and moist for hours!

At the end of your ‘spring cleaning’, throw the soft cleaning clothes, mops and other cleaning materials into the wash with Chaé Power Strength Laundry Liquid. Only 2 teaspoons in a large load – you’ll be amazed at how clean and fresh they are.
